Certified devices undergo comprehensive certification testing to ensure the security of Good solutions on them. You can request certification for an individual device by sending an email to Device Certification Requests. Good evaluates certification requests on a case by case basis and will provide a response within 10 business days.
While certified devices should be chosen when security is a priority, Good offers a broad spectrum of general device support. Any device that is not explicitly listed as Non-Supported is eligible for Technical Support.
Non-Supported Devices have failed our comprehensive certification testing. Non-Supported Devices are not entitled to receive Technical Support. Customers with Non-Supported Devices are advised to use a Certified Device or a device not listed as non-supported.
