Since August 2014, Good has filed additional patent infringement lawsuits against MobileIron, one in the United States and two others in the United Kingdom and Germany. In November 2012, Good filed a lawsuit against AirWatch for patent infringement of Good’s patented intellectual property and pioneered technology. Good’s patent infringement suit against AirWatch was scheduled for trial in the summer of 2015. In February 2014, AirWatch was acquired by VMware, Inc. Subsequently, Good filed additional patent infringement lawsuits against AirWatch, one in the United States and two others in the United Kingdom and Germany. In April 2015, Good announced that it had resolved intellectual property litigation with AirWatch and parent company, VMware, pursuant to a confidential settlement agreement.
In January 2013, Good settled four patent infringement lawsuits against Excitor A/S, a Danish corporation filed in the United States, Finland, Sweden, and Germany. Under the terms of the settlement Excitor agreed to a cash payment and took a royalty-bearing license to the Licensed Patents involved in the litigation.
In June 2014, with its acquisition of Fixmo, Inc. ("Fixmo"), Good resolved its patent infringement lawsuit against Fixmo, captioned Good Technology Corporation v. Fixmo Inc., United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division (Civil Action No. 3:11-CV-02373-M).
In October 2013, Good settled its patent infringement lawsuit against Little Red Wagon Technologies, Inc. (“LRW”). Under the terms of the settlement, LRW agreed to a cash payment and took a royalty-bearing license to the Licensed Patents involved in the litigation.
