Only Secure Mobile Container to Receive Highest Level of Certification for both iOS and Android

Good Technology™, the leader in secure mobility, announced today that Good for Enterprise® has been certified as Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level 4 Augmented (EAL4+).  EAL4+ is the highest certification level recognized internationally under the Common Criteria program, and is frequently conducted for products that are deployed in environments handling sensitive government data.  With this certification for Good for Enterprise, businesses can be assured that their mobile data has been certified for the highest levels of protection.

Common Criteria assesses the design and implementation of security-sensitive products and provides assurance that the specification, implementation, and evaluation of each solution have been thoroughly analyzed.

Good for Enterprise (GFE) is the only cross-platform mobile collaboration solution to achieve EAL4+, and the only solution to meet this level of certification on either iOS or Android.  Leveraging a unique and innovative application containerization model, GFE allows organizations of all sizes to securely manage data and devices, and accelerate day one employee productivity with secure email, calendar information, contact details, document data and browser access.

"Good Technology has a long heritage of innovation around mobile and security, with more certifications and accreditations in this space than all other mobile device management (MDM) vendors,” said Dr. Nicko van Someren, Chief Technology Officer of Good Technology.  "EAL4+ is considered a gold standard for government grade security, so this certification confirms that Good's secure mobility solution is not only world-class, but industry-leading."

With Good for Enterprise, government agencies experience an increase in employee productivity without compromising the security of sensitive data.

"The EAL4+ certification for Good for Enterprise confirms the security integrity of the solution and gives us the confidence to roll out deployment across our government department,” said Al Blake, Chief Information Officer of the Australian Government’s Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities. “We have already seen vast productivity and efficiency improvements with the use of Good for Enterprise as it allows end-users to bring their preferred device, minimizes the ICT support overhead and still maintains the strong security boundary we require around government information. The deployment has been an overwhelming success and has significantly increased staff connectivity and workplace flexibility.”

Good Technology recently announced a new GFE licensing model and current promotional price of $5 per user, per month.  For additional information about GFE, please visit:
