Good CloudSync End-of-Life Notice

This is a notification on our end-of-life plans for Good CloudSync. If your company is running Good for Enterprise, please disregard this message.

Our end-of-life plans for supporting Good CloudSync include:

Technical Support Timeline:

  • Technical support for Good CloudSync, including escalations from Good CloudSync Value-Added-Resellers (VARs), will end after February 28, 2012.
  • Good CloudSync VARs may end their support for Good Cloudsync on a different schedule than Good Technology. Good CloudSync customers should check with their VAR regarding the VAR's support timeline.

Additional CloudSync Purchases and Renewals

  • Existing CloudSync customers can renew their current subscriptions on a pro-rated basis until Nov 30, 2011.
  • However, as mentioned above, technical support will end on February 28, 2011.
  • New orders will no longer be accepted by Good.
