Title: Emails Deleted from Outlook Do Not Delete in the Good Mobile Messaging Client on the Handheld
Symptom: When deleting emails from Outlook, the emails are moved to the Delete Items folder. However, the same emails are not moved to the Deleted Items folder within the GMM Client on the handheld.
Cause: Outlook is operating in Work Offline Mode and/or Exchange Cached Mode (Outlook 2003 only).
Remedy: Set Outlook to Work online and/or verify Send/Receive Now synchronization completes. Once Outlook goes back online from offline it should sync the changes to Exchange and then reflect it on the Good Client.
Alternate tests: Open the mailbox with OWA to verify the changes have occurred there, if so Good sync should also work. If the cached moded settings are in question try temporarily disable Exchange Cached Mode and verify functionality.
