Portal error: I'm not authorized to access the requested information
Symptom: When attempting to add GoodLink Server to GoodMonitoring Portal (GMP), the following error occurs:
I'm not authorized to access the requested information.
Cause: The GMP roles for the logged in user have not been granted.
Remedy: If you are the GoodLink administrator for your company using GoodMonitoring Portal, then log in using your email address and password, click on Manage Account and go to the User Profiles section and click on the View all users link. Click on your email address, and go to Assign Roles. Make sure the following roles are selected in order to grant permission:
Access Good Monitoring
Portal
Manage Company Profile, Users and Roles
