Good Technology Expands into the Benelux to Support Increasing Regional Growth
Nov 07, 2013 | Amsterdam, Netherlands
Good Technology™, the leader in secure mobility, today announced it has expanded its European presence to support growth in the Benelux, where local demands for mobile device management and secure mobility solutions are increasing. This expansion adds to Good’s existing European presence in the UK, Germany and France.
Michael Maas, Regional Sales Director Benelux at Good Technology, said: “We work with all types of organizations in the Benelux – both public and private – in a variety of ways. From consulting in the development of their BYOD strategies to educating developers on building secure custom apps that drive increased productivity to meet the country's high regulatory demands, our new office shows our continued commitment to regional growth and local business transformation through secure mobility.”
“Introducing a BYOD tablet strategy has become the change agent for us to securely mobilize our workforce,” said Kees Jans, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. “Additionally, since Good is the only mobile security provider to receive the highest level of security certification for both iOS and Android, it's offering us the clear path to migrate all of our mobile telephone devices to a new smartphone of choice concept for our employees."
Beyond device and data security, companies are experiencing a growing awareness of the productivity opportunities and green benefits to be gained through mobile. As an added benefit of mobilizing a workforce, many customers in the Benelux have seen significantly reduced paper usage since enabling Good’s technology, which drives sustainability and saves costs.
Attention from local company leaders is growing due to recent reports of security breaches. Good's recently announced new pricing for Good for Enterprise® app allows businesses of all sizes to securely manage data and devices, and accelerate day one employee productivity with secure email, calendar information, contact details, document data and browser access for $5 per user, per month. For secure workflows with leading ISVs such as Box, Docusign and Salesforce.com, the Good Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform enables a rich ecosystem of ISV apps, along with the ability to build secure custom apps tailored to the company's needs.
Christy Wyatt, CEO at Good Technology, said: “Europe has always been a leader in mobility and Good is seeing tremendous growth in EMEA over this past year. I’m pleased to bring our team's expertise and solutions to local and multinational customers in Benelux so we can ensure they protect their data, not just devices.”
Good Technology's Amsterdam office is located at H-Toren, Zuidplein 36.
